Victoria Police is seeking assistance from the public to identify a person who Obtained Property By Deception from a victim at Flinders Street Railway Station at 13:55 hours on 24-Feb-2024.
The person was captured on CCTV camera wearing a hooded track pants, a light green t-shirt, black headphones and carrying a backpack.
He is described as in his late teens or early 20’s, fair hair, balding with a medium build.
