About this case
Victoria Police is seeking assistance from the public to identify the following male regarding performing a lewd act in the presence of female commuters on board a V-Line train between Geelong and Tarneit on Tuesday the 5th of September 2023.
The male is described as African in appearance, medium height with a slim build. During the offence he wore a white beanie.
